Are your products tested on animals?
No animal testing, and no animal derived materials. All materials used are cruelty free. 

Do your products contain phthalates or parabens?
No.

Can I place an international order?
USA, Canada & UK shipping are available. Anywhere else, please shop through Lucky Scent, MONC XII, Stele, or 100% Silk.

Can you give me free samples? I'm a fragrance influencer etc etc?
No, sorry - I do not do gifts in exchange for sponsored content.

You stopped making my favourite perfumes! Can I special order it?
We are currently unable to accept special orders for fragrances that have been discontinued. It's hard to say goodbye, but a nice reminder: scent's ephemerality is a key tenet of its beauty!

Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our HQ in Montreal.
US bound orders ship with Fedex, and will not be subject to any additional tariffs/fees. In the new year[2026], all US bound orders will ship from New York state.
