Refund policy

Gift Sets, Gift Cards and Sample Sets are Final Sale.

All shipments sent outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Purchases made using a third party instalment service (ie. Klarna, Afterpay, Sezzle) are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

For regular sized perfumes (ie. 15ml and 50ml), returns and refunds are processed on a case by case basis (within Canada only). Please e-mail me to discuss if there is an issue with your order. 

Only products purchased on www.universalflowering.com can be returned for a refund or an exchange.

Any products bought via. one of our partners or distributors must be returned within respect to their individual guidelines and policies.
